okay okay okay. I know I shouldn't, but my current absolutely most guilty pleasure is Rascal Flats. ACK! COUNTRY! and i LOVE it! hahaha. "I miss Mayberry..."

anyway. Topic of the week seems to be Thanksgiving and to be honest I don't have much to say about it. My weekend was great but my Thanksgiving was the worst I've ever had, hands down. I'm not saying the food wasn't good, but my family seems so distant. I mean, I'm still close to mom and dad but my brother was scarfing food down like he couldn't wait to escape our forced company and he wouldn't talk and since Grandma ended up in the hospital last week, it was just the four of us, and we've never had so few people.

Tuesday night I stayed in the 'ham and we rented Shrek2 which is SOOOOO FUNNY!!! and we were watching it in the lounge at Hixson Hall, started with a crowd of four and half way through the movie I turned around and there were twenty people in there! It was funny. Bunch of mid-twenty-year-olds (mostly male) sitting around on the first night of a holiday watching Shrek2. But it's a good movie. And Antonio Banderas has one helluva voice. "I am Puss...in Boots!" If you haven't seen that movie, you need to.
On Wednesday, I got to see my best buddy from Kindergarten, Meagan, and Captain Morgan, a good friend of mine who is actually a person and NOT, thank-you-very-much, a bottle of rum. Apparently when I refer to my friend Captain Morgan, people think I'm an alcoholic so I thought I'd nip that in the bud, there. And we pretended to be in high school again and be "super cool" and we got some coffee and went to the new mall and saw all these high school kids and realized that we didn't know any of them and that we're OLD and we felt horrible and we had FINALLY exhausted ALL of our resources and were ready to go home to bed by... 9:15. and then we looked at our cell phones and realized the clock was wrong and it was only quarter after eight. And we are lame. Then Meagan saw a girl she hung out with all summer and was friends with and the girl ran up and said "Meagan! guess what! I got my license and a CAR! I can drive now!" and we had to just walk away. Because we felt so... O L D .
Then on THursday, I ate turkey. A lot of turkey. Like I filled my plate four times. But there was some space. I need to um, exercize now though. because, i feel fat. BUT I GOT LEFTOVERS WITH ME! WHOO!
and on Friday night, i went camping with donna, and it was COLD and then it RAINED and i HATE SMALL CHILDREN THAT ARE NOT DISIPLINED. i am sorry, but if my children turn out like that, i will BEAT THEM. SENSELESS. STUPID DISOBEDIENT CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were throwing stuff into the camp fire and we told them TWELVE TIMES to stop before we finally drugged their hot chocolate so they would go to sleep. they nearly set themselves on fire multiple times.
Saturday I hung out with my old friend Jenna and we went to Dollar Tree and I bought a Christmas tie and I set my cup of coffee down to get out my wallet and the clerk tried to scan my coffee and ended up spilling it all over herself. okay, hello. it's a cup of coffee and it DOESN'T LOOK SCAN-ABLE TO ME, BABE! not to mention, since when do they sell INSULATED PAPER CUPS at Dollar Tree!?! So then, I set down my purse and keys to try and help her clean up the coffee since she is OBVIOUSLY incompetant, and what does she do? TRIES TO SCAN MY PURSE. I honestly don't know how people can be that stupid. I told the manager that she needed to go home. Because she did. I hope she's not like that on a normal day.
Anyway, I'm sure you're thoroughly bored if you've made it this far so I'm gonna clean my room and watch Cinderella now. Farewell!
